What are those “floaties” in there?

Those are strands of Kombucha culture. They are a little Sci-Fi looking, but are completely harmless and actually are good for you. The strands of the culture are not visually present at the time of bottling but form afterwards as an indication that the product is still living and active. The longer that the product is bottled, the more it forms.
