The last bottle I bought was carbonated, but the one I just opened is flat. Did it go bad?

The carbonation or “effervescence” is a naturally occurring characteristic of the Kombucha, therefore it varies from batch to batch. It is NOT an indication of the potency, quality, or freshness of the product.
