Do your beverages contain caffeine?

Our products contain a residual amount of caffeine that is left over after the culturing of the Kombucha. It varies from batch to batch, anywhere from 8 mg to 14 mg per 8 ounces. (By comparison, coffee has 100 mg caffeine per 8 ounces, and decaf has 5 mg per 8 ounces.) It is believed that the caffeine is present in a converted state, therefore even extremely sensitive individuals tell us that their body does not react to the Kombucha like it would to regular caffeine.
